Your subscription
ConvoAI PRO is billed by Apple, so Apple's settings are where it is managed.
- Cancel or change it: on your iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → ConvoAI PRO. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends and you will not be charged again.
- Bring it to a new iPhone: open the paywall in ConvoAI and tap Restore Purchases.
- Refunds are decided by Apple: request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your account and chats
- Your chats are kept on your iPhone and backed up to your account. Settings → My Account → Continue with Apple lets them follow you to another iPhone.
- Settings → My Account → Delete account removes your account, its chats and their files.

Answers, pictures, video and audio
They are made by AI and can be wrong or unexpected, so check anything important before you rely on it. If an answer is harmful or offensive, tap the thumbs-down under it, or write to us.
