These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of ConvoAI — the mobile app and the services behind it (together, the "Service") — provided by Yahor Hreben ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
1. Who can use ConvoAI
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age in your country for using online services without a parent's consent, whichever is higher. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
2. Your account
The app creates an account for you the first time you open it, so your chats are kept and can be restored. You may sign in with Apple to use the same account on your other devices. You are responsible for what happens on your devices and in your account.
You can delete your account at any time in the app: Settings → My Account → Delete account.
3. What ConvoAI does
ConvoAI is an AI assistant. It answers questions, writes text and code, and creates pictures, short videos and audio from what you ask. Answers and media are produced by third-party artificial intelligence models — currently Google's Gemini models. Features, models and daily limits may change as we improve the Service.
4. AI output
- AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date or offensive, and may resemble content made for other people. Check anything important before you rely on it.
- ConvoAI does not give medical, legal, financial or other professional advice, and is not a substitute for a qualified professional.
- You are responsible for how you use what the Service produces, including making sure your use is lawful and does not infringe anyone's rights.
- Do not present AI-generated content as made by a person where that would mislead others.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- break the law, or help or encourage others to;
- create, upload or share sexual content involving minors, or content that is exploitative, hateful, harassing, violent or threatening;
- create deceptive images, video or audio of a real person without their consent, or impersonate anyone;
- infringe intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
- create malware or spam, or content meant to defraud;
- get around the Service's limits, safety measures or payments, or access it by automated means;
- copy, resell, reverse engineer or otherwise misuse the Service or the models behind it.
We may refuse a request, remove content, or suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.
6. Your content
You keep the rights you have in what you send to ConvoAI — messages, photos and files ("Input") — and, as far as the law allows, in what the Service creates for you ("Output"). You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process and transmit your Input and Output only to provide and protect the Service, for as long as you keep them in the app. You confirm that you have the rights needed for anything you upload.

7. ConvoAI PRO and payments
- ConvoAI is free to use within daily limits. ConvoAI PRO is an optional subscription that raises those limits and adds features, as described in the app.
- PRO is bought through the Apple App Store and charged to your Apple ID. The price is shown in the app before you buy and may vary by country.
- Free trial. If a free trial is offered, the paid subscription starts when the trial ends, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it does. Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.
- Automatic renewal. The subscription renews automatically for the same period at the then-current price unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- Cancelling. You can manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple ID settings: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app or your ConvoAI account does not cancel it.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies. You can ask for one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- We may change the price of PRO or what it includes. Price changes follow Apple's rules, including any notice or consent those rules require.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep ConvoAI available, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. We may change, suspend or stop any part of the Service. If we stop the Service entirely, we will tell you in advance where we reasonably can.
9. Ending your use
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or if the law requires us to. Sections 4, 6, 10, 11 and 13 continue to apply after your access ends.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50 if you paid nothing. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
12. Apple
If you downloaded ConvoAI from the App Store:
- these Terms are between you and us, not Apple, and we — not Apple — are responsible for the app and the Service;
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app;
- if the app does not conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any; Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app;
- Apple is not responsible for any claim relating to the app, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance and intellectual property claims;
- you confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo, and are not on a U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties;
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the developer of ConvoAI is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim there.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date and, for significant changes, tell you in the app. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.
